Concerning the preparation of the concentrated syrup GioCan disposes of an adequate room equipped with a highly-developed system of sugar-dissolution, followed by automatic correction of the Brix grade and pasteurisation of the neutral sugar-syrup. Our syrup kitchen is fully equipped for the preparation of clear and unfiltered beverages, and it is also conceptualized for the treatment of primary products, juices from frozen and non-frozen fruits, pulp and fruit fiber.
